- Achievement: Presidium's Artistic Yoga team comprises of the following participants- Bhumija Sharma, Bhavya Bhargava,Tashvi Gupta, Dhruv Yadav, Pari Pathak, Pragya Nath and Dhruvanshi Yadav, who with their collective team spirit are the proud winners of a Gold medal at Sports Fiesta 2018-19 conducted by GD Goenka School. The yogic techniques presented by them are based on modern science of fitness. Strength, flexibility, endurance and agility were the main focus of their presentation. This group has made challenging and intense yoga positions fun and enjoyable. Their amazing positions reflects that yoga helps us to radiate positive energy. Furthermore, their artistic representation gave out a message to cultivate flexibility and space in our body and mind. Keep up the good work!
